How do estimates work?
We do a quick walkthrough, in your home or over video, and then you get your price up front. That price is what you pay, with no hidden fees.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, but same-day and next-day slots open up across Long Island most weeks. Worth a call either way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NYSDOT #42381, USDOT #4161235. We provide certificates of insurance and valuation coverage as your building requires.
Do you bring packing materials?
No, we don’t supply packing materials. The one exception is the free Starter Kit that comes with an in-person quote: 3 boxes, 2 rolls of tape, and a moving blanket. If you need boxes and materials for the rest of the house, ask about it when you get your quote.
Can you move things within my home?
Yes. Labor-only crews handle in-home moves, loading and unloading, and taking beds and tables apart and putting them back together.
What if my new place isn’t ready?
We’ll store it, for a week or a year. Everything gets logged on the way in, and we deliver when your place is ready.
Do you handle junk removal and dumpsters?
Both. Junk removal runs from a single item to a whole clear-out, and you can rent a dumpster if you’d rather fill it yourself.
