Reviews and customer feedback
This page is about customer feedback: where to read it, how to leave it, and what makes a review actually useful to the next person deciding who to call. Nothing on this page is a testimonial unless a real customer wrote it, and we do not script, edit or ghostwrite what customers say about us.
Where to read what customers say
Reviews are more useful when you read them where we cannot touch them, on platforms that verify and host them independently.
Links needed: the Google Business Profile, Yelp listing, and any other review platform Moovers is listed on. Nothing is listed here yet because no verified profile links have been provided.
Our Facebook and Instagram pages are linked in the footer of every page on this site.
How to leave a review after your move
It takes about three minutes and it is the single most useful thing a happy customer can do for a company this size.
- Pick the platform where you would look yourself if you were hiring a mover.
- Write it within a week, while the details are still specific. Specifics are what make a review worth reading.
- Photos help more than star ratings do, especially of the packing and the state things arrived in.
- If you dealt with a particular crew or a particular person at the office, name them. It is the only way that gets back to them.
- Direct review links needed, so this page can point customers straight at the right form.
What makes a review useful to someone else
The reviews people actually rely on are the concrete ones. Not whether the crew was nice, but what happened.
- The type of move: local or long-distance, house or apartment, residential or commercial.
- The size and the towns involved, since a Suffolk to Nassau move and an out-of-state move are different jobs.
- What was difficult about it: the walkup, the narrow staircase, the piano, the closing date that moved.
- Whether the price you were quoted was the price you paid.
- How communication went before the day, not just on it.
- What you would tell someone to ask for if they booked the same job.
- If something went wrong, say what it was and say how it was handled. A review that includes a problem and its resolution is worth ten that do not.
Customer testimonials
Placeholder for real, approved customer testimonials. Nothing has been written here on purpose: no verified reviews were supplied for this page, and inventing them is not an option. Supply the quotes, first names, towns and move types you have permission to publish and they will go in this section.
If your move did not go well
Tell us before you tell the internet, not instead of telling the internet. You are free to review us either way, and a review that says a problem was fixed properly is more convincing than one that never mentions a problem at all.
The practical route is our claims and feedback page, which sets out who to contact, what to photograph, and what happens after you file. Raising it directly is simply the fastest way to get it resolved.
